By checking that you agree to the terms and conditions, you agree to the following

• Your submission was an original work by you and was not an alteration, duplication, derivation, or other misappropriation of another person or persons’ work;
• You declare that you own the underlying copyright interest (or have obtained proper permission) of the photograph or image you have submitted;
• You agree that Rewire Neuro, Inc. (d/b/a Rewire AI) will not be responsible for any infringement of any third parties’ intellectual property rights, moral or otherwise, in the photograph, image, or submission, which may arise as a result of your actions or omissions and that you indemnify and hold harmless Rewire Neuro, Inc. (d/b/a Rewire AI) against any and all legal fees, claims, damages, and other expenses that may be incurred as a result of your breach of these terms and conditions;
• You provide a non-exclusive, worldwide, fully paid-up, royalty-free license to Rewire Neuro, Inc. (d/b/a Rewire AI) to use your submission for any legitimate business purpose including, without limitation, marketing, social media, product development, internal and external press release material, or any ancillary purposes in order to further a reasonable business need.
